VINIFICATION Controlled-temperature fermentation, lenticular filtration, and natural stabilization with mineral fining.

AGEING Partial ageing without oak barrels, followed by bottle ageing.

TASTING NOTES Intense ruby color with garnet reflections. Aromas of fresh red fruits, with notes of wild blackberry and hints of pine trees and pine needles characteristic of the terroir. Elegant and delicate body, with excellent balance between acidity, tannins, and mouthfeel volume. Fresh and mineral notes stand out in a rustic, persistent finish with exceptional character.
